Accept/Reject a contact

It's easy to find user on ChatWork and add them to your contact list.
When you’ve added users, you can chat or video call them and invite
them group chat on ChatWork.

Accept a contact

When you receive a "contact request", accepting will add the contact.
The number of contact requests are displayed in red on the [Incoming Requests] tab of contact management or the "Contacts" icon.

Click [Contacts] and choose the relevant user from the [Incoming Requests] tab.
Then click [Accept] or [Not now].



Reject a contact

When you receive a contact request, it can be rejected.
Users who are rejected cannot be contacted.

*Users who are rejected do not receive notification.
