10/06/2022 - A request to update your mobile app following changes to the services offered under the Free Plan

We are pleased to announce that on October 6th, 2022, we made changes to our services, including the removal of the limit on a total of 7 group chats in the Free Plan.

To use the mobile version of the app, you will need to update to the latest version. Please make sure that your application is up to date.

 

Latest Version

  • iOS:6.10.1
  • Android:7.10.1
    ※If this version or any later version is installed, there will be no problem.

How to find what version you are using

To find out which version you are using, please go to [Account] > [Version] in the mobile version of the application.

 

If you experience any problems even after upgrading to the latest version

Please try the following steps.

  1. Reload your data.
    Access "Reload Data" in the Settings menu of the mobile version of the application.
  2. Reboot your device.
    Turn the power of your device off and then turn it on again to restart the device.
