For users currently using the affected versions of Safari

You are encouraged to update your Safari browser (to 13.1 or later versions).
Some devices may not be able to update to Safari 13.1 or later versions.
Please check the OS versions that can be installed as soon as possible.

 

Operation following the end of support

Following the end of support, the affected versions of Safari may continue to be used for the time being. However, please note that Chatwork may become unusable on these versions without prior notice in the future.

Even if Chatwork can no longer be used on the affected versions of Safari, you will be able to continue using Chatwork on Safari 13.1 or later versions, as well as on other browsers and desktop apps.

How to check the version of your Safari browser

Please follow the steps below to check the version of the Safari browser on your device.

1. Launch Safari.
2. Click [About Safari] under [Safari] on the menu bar.
3. Check the version number shown on the screen.
