01/25/2023 - [IMPORTANT] A request to confirm your login email address and password prior to the upcoming login page renewal

In order to improve security, we will renew the login page on the web and desktop application from March 15, 2023 (scheduled).

When the login page is renewed, even if you have saved your email address and password in your browser, you may be required to re-enter your email address and password again, so please check your email address and password in advance.

Also, some customers may not be able to login on the new login page.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding

Changes

  • Renewing the login page
    • Even if you have saved your email address and password in the browsers, you may be required to re-enter your email address and password again

  • (For customers with domain restrictions) An additional domain needs to be permitted
    • Customers with restricted access to external networks need to allow the following domain by March 14 JST. If the domain is not permitted when the new login page is launched, you will not be able to login. So please share this information with the IT or network administrator for your organization to see if it is necessary to take action.

    • If you are unsure, we kindly recommend you to follow the steps below to check whether you can login on the new login page.

  • Some special forms of email addresses will no longer be available
    • If your email address matches the following patterns, please change your login email address here.

      • Patterns of unavailable email addresses:
        • abc..def@chatwork.com - contains consecutive dots
        • .abcdef@chatwork.com - first character is dot
        • abcdef.@chatwork.com - dot just before @
