How do I upgrade to a Personal Plan?

From 2021/2/1 we will stop accepting new applications for the personal plan.
* Customers who have existing personal plan contracts will be able to continue using them.
We suggest that customers who are considering paid contracts think about trying the business plan.
Applications for the business plan are accepted starting from single individuals (a single license).


If you access "Change Plan" and input your payment method, you will be able to upgrade to a Personal Plan account.

Personal Plans have no limits on the number of contacts or groups and have unrestricted access to past logs. Your data storage capacity also increases to 10 GB.

There is also a Business Plan geared towards our corporate customers.
We recommend this plan for those who aim to use chat as a way to improve business efficiency.
