Searching chat names

Click [Type to search for chat/message] on the top of the chat screen and enter the keyword for the chat name for which you wish to search to display the search results. Click the chat name you wish to view to open the chat.

Searching messages

Customers using business plans can search all messages written in Chatwork.
Users on a free plan can perform a limited number of searches.

Click [Type to search for chat/message] on the top of the chat screen.
Enter the phrase for which you want to search and click [Search for "keyword" in messages]
to display the search results. The phrase for which you searched will be displayed in red letters.




Click [Go to this message], and the chat messages and tasks with the phrase for which you searched will open automatically.

Click the [Sort by latest], [Arrange by Chat], or [Arrange by User] entries
to be able to change the display options.
Take advantage of this if you wish to know in which chat a phrase was made, or who said it.
