This announcement is to let you know that Chatwork will no longer support iOS 14 (iPad OS included) or Android 8.

Support end date

For anyone using applicable devices

Please update your OS version (iOS 15 / iPad OS 15 - Android 9 or higher).

*Some devices may not be able to update to iOS 15 / iPad OS 15 - Android 9 or any future versions following these.

*Please be sure to check which OS version you can install soon.

Functionality after support ends:

Once support ends, you can no longer update or newly install the latest version of the Chatwork app on applicable devices.

If you already have the app installed, you can still continue to use it even after support ends. However, please note that the app may become unavailable without notice once support has ended.

See the following steps below for how to check which version of iOS / iPad OS or Android is on your device.

iOS: "Settings" > "General" > "Information" > "iOS Version (System Version)" option.

Android: "Settings" > "Device Information" > "Android Version" option.

*These steps may differ depending on the device.
If you are unsure about any of these steps, please check the manufacturer's support page for whichever device you are using.
