I received an unexpected email with an authentication code

If you receive an unexpected email with an authentication code, there may have been an unauthorized login attempt by a third party, so please change the two settings below.

Please follow the procedure as soon as possible as this is a measure to protect your data.

 

Two-factor authentication

We strongly recommend setting up two-factor authentication on your account in order to decrease the risk of unauthorized access.
By setting up two-factor authentication, the information associated with your smartphone is required to login, so you can protect your account even if your email address and password are compromised.
Please follow the steps below to set up two-factor authentication.

Change password

If you are using the same email address and password for multiple services including Chatwork, or if your password can be guessed, we strongly recommend that you change the password for each service to a different one in order to decrease the risk of unauthorized access.
