07/29/2024 - Notice about changes to the content provided by services for each Chatwork plan

Thank you very much for your continued use of Chatwork.


To meet the diverse needs of our customers here at Chatwork, from August 2024 onward, we will be revising the specifics of each plan and making changes to the content provided by our services to ensure smooth communication for business.

 

Changes to the content provided by the Business Plan's services

The following features are planned to be provided to customers who are using the Business Plan.

  • A substantial increase to the selection of emojis available to use with the reaction feature (Expected to be available in early August).
  • The ability to see a history of messages addressed to you. (The release time is yet to be determined: The PC browser version and desktop app are planned to be released first.)
  • The ability to set scheduled message posts. (The release time is yet to be determined: The PC browser version and desktop app are planned to be released first.)

Changes to the content provided by the Free Plan's services

We will be removing and adding restrictions to services for customers who are using the Free Plan.

  • Date of changes: August 29th, 2024
  • Details about the changes
    • Some of the restrictions on viewing messages will be removed.
      • Currently: You can view the latest 5,000 messages that have been posted within the last 40 days.
      • Starting on the date of the changes: You can view messages that have been posted within the last 40 days.
    • Added Storage (Capacity)
      • Currently: 5GB per organization
      • Starting on the date of the changes: 10GB per organization
    • Adding a restriction on the number of contacts.
      • Currently: Unlimited
      • Starting on the date of the changes: Contacts outside of your organization* - Up to 20 people per user.

*If you have already reached the maximum limit on the number of contacts outside of your organization, you will still be able to continue with your current number of contacts. However, you will no longer be able to add new contacts starting on the date that the limit takes effect for the Free Plan.

These added features and changes are designed to meet requests we have previously received from many of our customers. We value everyone's feedback, and we will continue working hard to provide services that are even more easy to use.

Also, we have decided that some new restrictions will be added while we ease some restrictions for the Free Plan as well. We kindly ask for your understanding.
