Set push notification

Launch the app and select "account" to the lower right of the chat section, then select "settings", and set "push notifications" to "on".

You can choose whether the push notifications trigger only "messages to you" or "all messages".

If you select "messages to me" you will be notified for direct chat, messages sent to you, when a task is added, when a task is completed and when a contact is approved.

In addition, you can toggle on and off for group chat notifications. Tap the (...) to the upper right of the group chat screen, select the gear icon in the upper right then "push notifications" and set "individual notifications" to "on".

Furthermore, to utilize push notifications, you must enable ChatWork notifications on the user terminal settings screen.

If push notifications are set to off on the account settings screen, you will receive no notifications even if each group chat has them set to on.

Set do not notify rule

If you don’t want push notification during the weekend or after work, you can disable push notification for specific days and times.

To use push notification, you need to turn on notificaion for ChatWork on your device setting page.

Turn off Notifications

Launch the app and select "account" to the lower right of the chat section, then select "settings", and set "push notifications" to "off."
