Set Two-factor authentication (authentication app)

1. From the menu under the [Username] in the top right of the chat screen, select Account Settings.
2. Click the [Change] button for two-factor authentication.
3. Change 2-factor authentication from “Off” to “On.”
4. Select [Authentication app] and click the [Begin setup] button.

5. Download an authentication app to your mobile device. You can use Google Authenticator or any other authentication app.

6. Tap the [+] icon in the top right of the authentication app and scan the QR code. If you cannot scan the QR code, manually add the account name and setup key to the authentication app to generate an authentication code.
7. Enter the 6-digit authentication code generated by the application and click [Enable settings].
8. Backup codes will be shown.
   You’ll need one if you’re unable to verify your authentication code due to changing or losing your mobile device. Be sure to either copy and save the list, or print it out and keep it in a safe place.
