Getting Access Denied / Invalid Server Response message

We automatically denied the access from suspicious IP address due to the security reason. 
You will see the following error pages if your request was denied. 

  • "Access Denied" page appeared on browser 
  • "Invalid Server Response" error appeared on app
  • “We are temporarily restricting access to your account as a suspicious login attempt has been detected.” error appeared on the login screen


If you access from the same network environment that you usually use, please contact us with the following information. 

  • Email address of your Chatwork account
  • Your Global IP address 

     

    10.0.0.0 ‐ 10.255.255.255
    172.16.0.0 ‐ 172.31.255.255
    192.168.0.0 ‐ 192.168.255.255

    *The above are private IP addresses, not GlobalIP addresses.
    Please provide a Global IP address other than the above.
