For users unable to login to Chatwork please try the following steps:
Resetting your password
If you cannot login on PC or smartphone, there is a chance that your email or password is mistaken.
Please try resetting your password.
Check your login email address
The email that you use to login to Chatwork is where all notifications, unread message alerts, etc. are sent.
Please check your email history for emails from the following addresses.
(For Business plans only) Check with your administrator
For Business plans, please contact your organization administrator (or someone with the user administrative permissions) to reset your password.
Update your app
Please make sure that your are using the latest version of the Chatwork app.
