Background

Currently, we offer six types of reactions, but we have received a lot of feedback that these are not enough to fully express the range of emotions experienced in various business situations.

That is why we have significantly increased the number of reactions you can choose from using the reaction feature, making it easier to select a reaction that matches your current mood. The goal is to reduce even subtle emotional misunderstandings and enable smoother communication in business settings.

Paid plan users can now access 43 additional reactions, in addition to the current 6, by following the steps below.

In addition to the six existing reactions, free plan users can now add the same reaction that others have already used on a message.
