Thank you for using Chatwork.

We would like to inform you that Chatwork will be ending support for iOS 15 (including iPadOS) and Android 9.

  • Android 9

November 5, 2024

 

Operation after the end of support

Please update your OS to a newer version( iOS 16 / iPadOS 16 or Android 10 or later.)
*Please note that some devices may not be able to update to iOS 16 / iPadOS 16 or Android 10 or later. We recommend checking the available OS versions for your device as soon as possible.

 

For customers using the affected operating systems

Once support ends, you can no longer update or newly install the latest version of the Chatwork app on applicable devices.
If you already have the app installed, you can still continue to use it even after support ends. However, please note that the app may become unavailable without notice once support has ended.

 

How to Check the iOS / iPadOS and Android Versions:

Please follow the steps below on your device:

  • iOS:  Go to "Settings" > "General" > "About" > "iOS Version (System Version)"
  • Android:  Go to "Settings" > "Device Information (About Phone)" > "Android Version"

*Note that these steps may vary depending on the device. If you are unsure of the steps, please check the support page of your device manufacturer.
