Scheduled send function: Send message at specified date and time

The following plans can use this feature:

If you are using the Free Plan, please consider upgrading.

This feature will be rolled out to paid plan customers in phases starting November 12th, 2024.
Please be aware that it will take time for the feature to become fully available to all paid plan customers.
Further, please note that because the rollout will be phased at the organizational level, if you are transferred to a different organization during the phased rollout, access to the feature will depend on availability at your new organization.

Using the Schedule Send feature, you can specify a date and time to send a message.
Click the [▼] button to the right of the [Send] button and then click [Choose send date and time] to open the [Choose send date and time] screen.
Choose the date and time you want to send the message and push the [Set send date and time] button to finish scheduling the message.
The message will be sent at the date and time you set even if Chatwork is not running.

 

What You Can Do with The Schedule Send Feature

Specify a date and time from 30 minutes to 60 days in advance (can be set in 10-minute increments)
Schedule up to one message at a time per room per account
Specify the "To" of the person you want to send to and use emojis, quotes, and text effects

What You Cannot Do with the Schedule Send Feature

You cannot send messages with files attached.
Please upload the file in advance and use the quote or link features.
Scheduling tasks and setting up recurring messages
