We have now added a new function that allows you to view a list of messages mentioned to you, so you can easily read messages that have been sent to you in To, all etc., whether you have unread them or have already read them.

 

Background

When you received many messages mentioned to you in a day on Chatwork, you used to have to open each group chat to find and read the messages, reset them to unread so that you can check it again even after reading it, or you may have used the search and bookmark functions.

As a solution to this situation, we have now added a new “Mentions” function that allows users to easily read all messages to themselves at once, including unread and read messages.

This function allows you to quickly check and respond to messages mentioned to you.
