We are pleased to announce the release of the “Scheduled Send” feature for messages on Chatwork.
This feature allows you to send messages at a specified date and time, making it possible to deliver important communications to the recipient without forgetting.

 

Background

We have received a number of requests from our customers that they would like to send messages in advance so that they do not forget, regardless of whether the messages are urgent or non-urgent.

In response to these requests, we have developed a new feature that allows you to pre-set the time for sending messages.
With this feature, you can avoid the risk of forgetting to send important messages while taking into account the recipient's working hours, and ensure smooth communication.
