The contract period for storage (monthly or yearly) will follow the duration of your Chatwork contract.
For cases where storage capacity change is possible (△ in the Procedures list)
If you're already using the storage option and wish to change the capacity, we will perform the change for you as the system is not set up for self-service.

After applying for the change in storage capacity, cancellations of the request and refunds due to capacity downgrades during the contract term are not possible.
