This is to inform you that Chatwork will be ending support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in the Chatwork API in order to strengthen security.

Monday, February 3rd, 2025
For customers using the Chatwork API with TLS 1.1 or below
Please check whether any programs using the Chatwork API are able to communicate with TLS 1.2 or above.
If they are able to communicate with TLS 1.2 or above, no action is needed.
If they communicate with TLS 1.1 or below, please update the OS, libraries, etc. of the server that you are using.
Please note that we are unable to provide information on specific steps to be taken because required actions and procedures differ depending on the environment in which the API is being implemented.
Functionality after support ends
After support ends, if you are using TLS 1.0 or 1.1, you will no longer be able to use the Chatwork API.
