Registration of an account can be performed by authenticating with an Apple ID or Google account or by entering an email address.
Steps for registering with an Apple ID or Google account
STEP1
Access the new registration screen for Chatwork, click the "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" button, select the email address you want to register with on the respective authentication screen, and complete authentication.
*Registration with an Apple ID is only available on iOS (mobile browser).
STEP2
You will be taken to the Enter Required Information page. Enter your customer information.
*The required items "Name" and "Email address" can be changed at any time. See the "Change login email address/name" page for information on the steps. *With regard to "Company name", see the "Change company name" page. *"Phone number" will not be reflected in the Chatwork registration information (profile). *If you are registering from overseas and do not have a phone number in Japan, please consider using the English version. (Note that payment will be in US dollars when upgrading the English.) |
STEP3
After reading the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, check "I am not a robot"
STEP4
Check the entered information. If there are no problems, click "Consent and begin" to complete your member registration.
STEP5
Click the "Open Chatwork" button on the Member Registration Completed page.
As registration is now complete, you can use the chat.
Steps for registering with an email address and password
STEP1
Access the new registration screen for Chatwork, enter the email address to be registered, and click the "Next" button.
STEP2
You will receive an introductory email at the registered email address, with the following subject line.
Subject: Information on [Chatwork] Account Registration
*If you cannot confirm receipt of the email, see the "Email for registration of new account has not arrived" page. *If you register with your mobile carrier email address but the account registration email does not arrive, try registering again with a PC email address. |
STEP3
Click the "Account Registration" link in the email message and enter your customer information.
