FAQ

What can I do to protect my account from unauthorized logins?

You can protect your account from unauthorized logins through proper password management practices, such as not reusing passwords or setting easily guessable passwords, and by setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Changing Passwords

By using the same password for multiple services, or using a password that is easily guessable, you increase your risk of falling victim to unauthorized logins.
In order to prevent this, we recommend changing to a different password for each service.

How can I reset my password?

*You will be unable to change your password via the aforementioned page if you use SAML Single Sign-On. Please refer to your organization administrator if you need to change your password.

Easily Guessable Password Examples:
- Passwords that contain simple strings (e.g., abcd, 1234).
- Passwords that contain your name, birthday, or other personally identifiable information.
- Passwords that are too short.

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

After you set up 2FA, you will require additional information linked to your smartphone or mobile device in order to login. This boosts your account's security by preventing third-parties from logging into your account even if they obtain your email address and password.
Please refer to the following article to learn how to set up 2FA.
