To customers currently using affected OS versions

Please upgrade your OS to macOS 12 or later.

(Upgrading to macOS 12 or later may not be possible on some devices. We ask that you promptly confirm the OS version that can be installed on your devices.)

Operation following the end of support

Following the end of support, new installations of the Chatwork app or updates to the latest version will not be possible on affected OS versions.

Apps that have already been installed will remain usable for some time following the end of support, but may become unusable without notice in the future. Your understanding is appreciated.
