We are pleased to announce that Chatwork Live will be migrating its video call service system from “Agora” to the “Zoom Video SDK” provided by Zoom Communications, Inc. in order to further improve service quality.
As part of this system migration, we plan to make changes to a number of features and to our Terms of Service.
This notice concerns these changes.
Scheduled migration date
December 11, 2025 (Thursday) (planned)
Main changes
PC users (desktop app and browser version)
Those using Chatwork on a PC will switch automatically to the new system on the migration date. Please verify your network settings in advance as described below.
The two most recent major versions of the Safari browser will be supported.
Update Required
Chatwork Live users on older mobile app versions
After the migration date, Chatwork Live will no longer work on older versions of the mobile app.
Please update your app to the latest version to continue use.
We also recommend keeping your app up to date with the latest version after the migration. Please note that that Chatwork Live may not work with app versions older than six months since the last update.

- iOS App: 8.25.0 or later
- Android App: 9.22.0 or later
To Administrators
Request for network settings verification
Due to the aforementioned system migration, there is a possibility of Chatwork Live failing to function properly if communication is restricted by firewalls or similar measures.
With apologies for the inconvenience, we request that network administrators confirm and modify access permission settings for the following domains and ports.
Permitted domains following changes
- *.zoom.us
- *.zoom.com
Permitted ports following changes
- TCP: 80, 443, 8801, 8802
- UDP: 443, 3478, 3479, 8801-8810

To ensure a smooth migraion to the new Chatwork Live, we have prepared a diagnostic tool to confirm proper functioning in users' network environments.
If you have concerns about your network settings, we recommend you use the diagnostic tool in advance.
