We are writing to inform you that we will be revising parts of  our “Privacy Policy” and “Chatwork Terms of Use.”

Regarding the Revision to the Privacy Policy (Notice for all individuals)

We have previously provided separate privacy policies depending on the audience, such as users of our services and applicants for employment.
These policies will be integrated and comprehensively revised as a unified Privacy Policy for the kubell Group.

This revision aims to standardize the kubell Group’s overall approach to handling personal information and to further clarify how and for what purposes personal information is handled, compared to the previous policies.

 

Regarding the Revision to the Chatwork Terms of Use (Notice for customers using Chatwork)

We will revise a part of the Terms of Use with the primary purpose of clarifying the handling of integrations with third-party services available on Chatwork.

 

Key changes include:

Addition of Article 27 (Third Party Linked Services)
This new provision clarifies matters such as the customer’s terms of use for functions that incorporate or utilize third- party integration services, and the scope of our company’s liability regarding such services.
