What is the “Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI” setting?
You can use this setting to restrict the use of Chatwork AI Features across your entire managed organization.
You can configure it from the following menu: [Admin Settings] > [Security Settings] > [Restriction Settings] > [Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI]
Which AI features become unavailable when the “Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI” setting is enabled?
The AI features that will be disabled are:
- AI Summary
- AI Draft
- AI Explanation & Analysis (AI Plain Explainer & AI Expert Analysis) <AI Labor & Employment News>
- AI Doc Maker <AI Labor & Employment News>
*AI Labor & Employment News itself remains available at all times, regardless of whether the “Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI” setting is enabled.
Can I still view previous AI Summary results after enabling the "Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI" setting?
No. Once the setting is enabled, you will no longer be able to view any previously generated AI Summary results.
Can I still view previous AI Explanation & Analysis (AI Plain Explainer & AI Expert Analysis) results or re-download files created with AI Doc Maker after enabling the "Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI" setting?
No. Once the setting is enabled, you will neither be able to view previously generated AI Explanation & Analysis (AI Plain Explainer & AI Expert Analysis) results nor download files that were previously created using AI Doc Maker.
Are downloads of files created with AI Doc Maker restricted by the "Block users from downloading files" setting?
No. Files created with AI Doc Maker can still be downloaded even if [Restriction Settings] > [Block users from downloading files] is enabled. The "Block users from downloading files" setting does not affect AI Doc Maker file downloads.

Can specific users be exempted from the "Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI" setting through “Detailed Security Settings” per user?
No. The "Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI" setting cannot be overridden or exempted for specific users through “Detailed Security Settings”.
