We would like to inform you that, effective August 4, 2026, Chatwork will change the names of its paid plans.
This change applies only to the plan names. There will be no changes to the features, pricing, or terms of any plan. No action is required on your part, and you can continue using Chatwork as usual.

 

Changes

Business Plan → Standard Plan
Enterprise Plan → Professional Plan

*The name of the Free Plan will remain unchanged.

 

Schedule

August 4, 2026: New plan names will be applied to all new subscriptions.
Starting August 12, 2026: Customers with existing paid plans will be migrated to the new plan names on a rolling basis.
September 30, 2026 (planned): Migration for all customers is expected to be completed.

*As migrations for existing customers will be carried out gradually, we are unable to provide individual migration dates. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Actions Required

No action is required from customers as a result of this name change. The migration will be completed automatically, and you will be able to continue using Chatwork in the same environment as before.

 

Contracts and Billing

There will be no changes to pricing, billing cycles, or renewal dates.
The plan names shown on invoices and receipts will be updated to the new names for charges incurred after your migration.

 

Revision of the Terms of Use

In connection with this change, the Terms of Use will be revised on August 4, 2026, to reflect the updated plan names. These revisions are limited to changes in references to plan names and do not involve any substantive changes to the service content or terms of use. Therefore, no additional consent or action is required from customers. The revised Terms of Use can be reviewed on the Terms of Use page.
