Language Support for the Product
Support End Date
Monday, November 30, 2026
*Support will be discontinued for each device (PC browser, Desktop app, and Mobile app) in order, starting on the date listed above.
What to Expect
If your display language is set to Traditional Chinese or Vietnamese, your display will automatically switch to English the first time you access Chatwork on or after the language support end date.
We recommend changing your display language to English or Japanese ahead of the support end date, so that your display does not change unexpectedly on the day.
You can change your display language to your preferred supported language by clicking your username in the upper right corner of the chat screen, selecting "Preferences" → "Advanced" and choosing your preferred language under "Language."
For instructions on how to change your display language, please see:
Change your language
This change affects the display language only. Your account information, message history, sent and received files, and tasks are not affected. There are no changes to available features, to your contract, or to your pricing. You can continue to use Chatwork exactly as before.
Availability of Chatwork in the provided regions will not be affected.
