You can resend your invitation email from the "User list" found on the left menu of the "Admin Settings" page.
Please go to the "Unregistered users" tab, check the relevant unregistered users, and click on the "Resend registration invitation" button.
Please note that invitation emails can only be resent to users who appear in the "Unregistered users" tab.
Invitation emails cannot be resent to users listed in the [User] tab, as their accounts have already been issued.
If you have already issued an account, please contact us by logging in from the following URL.
*If you invite an unregistered email address on Chatwork to your business plan, their account will already be issued but their password will not be set. They can log in by creating a password from the "Set a new password" link on the login page above.
