Receiving a user registration request from an administrator (subscriber) of an organizational subscription plan

This page provides information for individuals to receive a user registration request from a representative (administrator) of an organizational subscription plan (i.e., Business Plan/Enterprise Plan).

Adding users under an organizational subscription plan


Regarding the use of organizational subscription plans, the representative (administrator) is required to first apply for the organizational subscription plan before users can be added by the administrator (user registration request).

Please refer to the following for the necessary steps to receive a user registration request, which will differ depending on whether you have a Chatwork account.


If you are already a Chatwork user:

If you are using a Personal Plan, all payments for the Personal Plan will be automatically terminated once the upgrade is successful.

Even with a business plan or enterprise plan, if there is only one administrator, it is possible to receive registration requests from a separate organization.
Once the transition to a separate organization has been completed, the payments from the previous organization will be automatically suspended.
Note: If there are unregistered users awaiting approval, new registration requests cannot be accepted.

User accounts managed by another organization cannot receive registration requests.

You may carry over your current data and transfer it to your new account under the organizational subscription plan.
The procedures for individuals to receive a user registration request are as follows.

  1. Please inform the administrator of your current email address ( ※1 ) and ask him/her to send you a user registration request.

    ( ※1 )You will not be able to carry over your data if the registered email addresses are different.
    As all your past data will be transferred, please give the administrator a new email address for the user registration request in the event that you wish to separate the account you are currently using from the account that will be set up under the organizational subscription plan (i.e., if you do not wish to transfer your data).

  2. After the administrator adds you as a user, you will receive an email with information on the necessary procedures to use the account.

     

  3. Clicking on the URL in the email you receive will bring you to a page where you are required to log in with your email address. Enter your current password and a confirmation screen for switching your plan will be shown.
    (This confirmation screen is shown because you are switching from your current plan to an organizational subscription plan.)

  4. Review the information on the screen and click the "Register" button to complete the process of switching over to the new plan.
    Log in to use your account under the organizational subscription plan.

 

 If you are not a registered Chatwork user:

The administrator will create new accounts for individuals to whom a user registration request is sent.
The procedures for individuals to receive a user registration request are as follows.

  1. Please inform the administrator of the email address that you wish to use to log in to your account.
    ※You may subsequently change your email address.

  2. After the administrator adds you as a user, a new account will be created and you will receive an email with information on the necessary procedures to start using the account.

  3. Clicking on the URL in the email you receive will bring you to a page where you can set your password to complete the registration.
    Log in to use your account under the organizational subscription plan.
