You cannot switch over to the mobile app regardless if the Chatwork URL is clicked using a smartphone.

The smartphone browser-compatible version has been discontinued,
and it has been shifted over to the mobile app version.

If you do not switch over to the mobile app, links that direct to app-specific content may not function correctly.

Please try the following to check if the problem has been solved.



1)Download the mobile app.

The latest version of the mobile app is required for smartphones.

Check below regarding how to install the mobile app.
Install the app and then log in.

Post the URL as a message on the Chatwork mobile app and then click the URL to switch into the app.



2)Check the version of the mobile app.

Check below for each OS version of the app.

  • iOS:5.27.0 or later
  • Android:6.23.0 or later

 

3)Some of the apps cannot start the Chatwork mobile app by clicking the URL for Chatwork.

Some of the apps cannot switch over to the Chatwork mobile app using the URL for Chatwork (chatwork.com/**). Try another app, or post the URL as a message on the Chatwork mobile app and click it in order to try switching over from the link.

 

Additionally, please note that if you enter the URL directly into your browser's search bar then you will not be able to switch over to the Chatwork mobile app.
