Chatwork AI Features are not working

If the Chatwork AI Feature buttons are not displayed, are grayed out, or cannot be clicked, or an error message appears in the Chatwork AI area on the right side of the chat screen, please check the following items.

Chatwork AI Feature buttons are not displayed

If the entire Chatwork AI area is collapsed, click [] in the upper-left corner.

*If the Chatwork AI area or the overview panel itself is not displayed on the right side of the chat screen, please visit the help page below then check the “[2] Message” section:

 

The "Chatwork AI Features Terms of Use" prompt window appears

To use Chatwork AI Features, you must agree to the “Chatwork AI Features Terms of Use”. If the "Chatwork AI Features Terms of Use" prompt window appears, please review the contents and click [Agree and start].

In AI Labor & Employment News, the buttons are grayed out and cannot be clicked

In AI Labor & Employment News, you must first select a news item to be used for AI Explanation & Analysis or AI Doc Maker. Once a news item is selected, you will be able to click the buttons.

 

 

 

The error message "AI features are restricted" appears

If your organization is subscribed to the Enterprise plan and the “Prohibit the use of Chatwork AI” setting has been enabled under Restriction Settings, Chatwork AI Features will be unavailable.

Please contact your organization’s administrator.

The error message "Your organization has run out of its allocated usage" appears

If your organization has reached the usage quota for Chatwork AI Features, the features cannot be used.

Chatwork AI Features cannot be used in the mobile app

Chatwork AI Features are currently unavailable in the mobile app. Please use the PC browser version or the desktop app.
