You can summarize recent chat messages with AI Summary.
Thanks to AI Summary, you can now do the following:
- You can quickly understand what is being said without having to read through numerous messages one by one.
- Topic-based grouping: Messages are organized by topic to provide comprehensive visualizations of conversations.
- Prioritization: AI identifies messages addressed to you (such as messages containing "TO," "RE," or "TO ALL") and presents that information in order of importance.
*Summaries cover the 40 most recent messages. (Deleted messages are not counted.)

Create an AI summary
Click [AI Summary] in the Chatwork AI area on the right-hand side of the chat screen.
If the "Chatwork AI Features Terms of Use" prompt window appears, please review the contents then click [Agree and start].

A message stating "Reading messages..." will appear, so please wait awhile until your AI summary appears.
Check summary results
Topics
Chat conversations often involve multiple intersecting topics. AI Summary categorizes messages on a single timeline into topic-based groups and assigns a header to each group.
*A maximum of 6 topics can be displayed.
When you click a topic header, the topic summary and links to the source messages will appear.
"Mentions you" topics
If a topic includes mentions such as "TO," "RE," or "TO ALL" directed at you, the topic header will appear as "Mentions you".
"Mentions you" topics are considered high priority and will appear at the top of the topic list.
Links to messages
Included in each summary are links to the messages the summary is based on.
Clicking a link to a message will take you to the message in the chat screen.
Close summary results
Clicking the [×] in the upper right corner of the screen displaying summary results will close the summary panel and return you to the group chat overview.
