What is Chatwork AI?
Chatwork AI integrates AI features essential for business into Chatwork, including summarization, document drafting, information gathering, and material generation. It covers a wide range of tasks, from support for daily communication to creation of materials based on government news announcements. You can utilize AI seamlessly within your everyday chat interface.
Availability
- Chatwork AI is being rolled out in stages to customers on Business and Enterprise plans, starting July 1, 2026. It will take some time before the service becomes available to all customers.
Will the data I input be used to train AI?
No, it will not. The text entered into Chatwork AI Features and the chat content referenced by the AI are not used to train AI models, so you can use the service without worry.

How long are the results generated by Chatwork AI Features retained?
Results generated by Chatwork AI Features are retained for the periods shown in the table below. As long as they are within the retention period, previous results and output can be redisplayed upon reopening the chat room or broadcast room.
